This is an agreement to aid with setting expectations between photographers and shop owners for collaborations from the group “Let’s Collab – Professional Photos for Small Shops”. Please note that it was created out of demand for a free and easy to understand agreement, but it doesn’t serve as a substitute for a legal contract drafted or approved by a lawyer. This agreement is not created by a lawyer, and I can’t guarantee it will hold up in a court of law. Again, this is JUST to manage expectations between collab partners and help things run smoothly.

STEP ONE:
Make sure you have a google account set up and that you’re signed in. If you don’t have a google account you will need to make one to use this form.

Click the three dots menu on the top right of the agreement window, and select “get pre-filled link”.
STEP two:

Fill out your part of the agreement, and leave blank all the parts intended for your collab partner.
Send the pre-filled form to your collab partner to complete the agreement.
